Banana Chocolate Chips PB2 Muffins

Ingredients
2 mashed ripe bananas2 tbsp Bell Plantation PB2 mixed with 1/4 cup water4 tbsp grapeseed or other vegetable oil2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup wheat germ1/4 cup all purpose flour1 beaten egg 1 tsp vanilla1 dash of salt3 tbsp chocolate chips (mix in two tbsp and reserve 1 for the muffin tops)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mash bananas and Mix oil, PB2 (mixed with 1/4 cup water) and applesauce and beaten egg

Whisk dry ingredients together, add to wet ingredients and sitr with a wooden spoon.

Add in chocolate chips
