1 can white kidney beans (cannellini beans), rinsed well2 Tbsp tahini paste1/4 C. olive oilJuice of 1 fresh lemon2 cloves garlic1/4 small red onion1 tsp cumin powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth or desired consistency.
