Raita with Zucchini or Cucumber

Ingredients
8 oz fat free yogurt1.25 cups chopped zucchini/ or cucumber1/4 onion chopped finely 1/2 Tbsp cilantro1/2 oz lemon juice1 Tsp garam Masala2 -3 Scallions finely sliced1/2 jalapeno pepper ,seeded and chopped fine.
Directions
Mix garam masala (if using) and cilantro into yogurt add salt to your liking, chop the vegetables fine.
mix half the cucumber and onion into yogurt ,pulse once or twice in blender.
in serving bowl add remainder of veggies and the blended yogurt mix . chill and serve.
