Chopped Green Goddess Salad with smoked salmon

Ingredients
4 leaves of romaine (cos) lettuce1 stalk celery1/4 green apple1/2 small Lebanese cucumber1/2 avocado100g hot smoked salmon1 tsp olive oil1 Tbl sherry vinegarsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Roughly chop all the vegetables, season with salt & pepper, drizzle with oil & vinegar & toss with the smoked salmon.
