A Twist on Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients
4 cups fresh strawberries halved1/4 cup Splenda1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust rolled into a circle32 Tbls Cool Whip Free
Directions
Clean remove leaves and 1/4 the berries. Add the Splenda and allow to sit while the crust bakes. Roll out pie dough and cut into 16 equal wedges and bake on a cookie sheet in a 450 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. To assemble each shortcake, criss cross 2 of the crust points, add 1/2 cup of berries, top with 4 Tbls of cool whip. Repeat for second layer. Serve immediately.
