8 ounces rice noodles4 ounces firm tofu.diced1/3 c Thai chili sauce3 T soy sauce2 T lime juice1 T honey1 T peanut oil1 lg red bell pepper, match stick slices1 C bean sprouts1 ounce chopped peanutsred pepper flakes
Cook noodles as per package. Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet and saute bell peppers 1-2 minutes. Add tofu, noodles and the rest of ingredients except the peanuts and red pepper flakes. Toss gently and heat through.
Serve with a sprinkle of peanuts and red pepper flakes.
