Ingredients
LEFTOVER Kebabs:� Skinless Chicken Breast (about 2 breasts)� 2 Tbsp. Italian Salad Dressing (for marinade)� 1 Cup Green Peppers (chopped)� 1 Med. Vidalia Onion (chopped)Remaining Soup ingredients:� 2 - 28oz. cans of Diced Tomatoes� 2 Cups Fat Free Chicken Broth� 2 Tbsp.Italian Salad Dressing� 2 Cloves of Raw Garlic (minced)� 1 Tsp. Onion Powder� 3 Tsp. Kosher Salt� 1 Tsp. Freshly-Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Use LEFTOVER Chicken Kebabs for this soup (chicken, green pepper and onion marinated in Italian dressing). Chop up leftover chicken, peppers and onion into bite size pieces, and add them to remaining ingredients in a large stock pot. Simmer for 15 minutes.It's best to add the already cooked chicken only during the last few minutes to prevent over-cooking!
