Ingredients
12 Ripe tomatoes2 Tbsp Olive OilCourse Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 275F

Cut tomatoes in half
Put on baking pan cut side up.
Brush with EVOO
Sprinkle with Salt

Bake for 5 hours.
