Ingredients for one person:1 large tomato chopped1 medium (180g) baked potatoe1/2 onion chopped 3 green olives (I like the spicy variety) choppedspicy saucesteak spicesspray margarine
I make this recipe when I want something quick and easy and that will fill me up.
Pierce the potato with a knife in 6 spots.
Bake the potato with or without skin in the microwave for about 4 min on high intensity.
Fry the onions in a couple sprays of margarine. Add the olives and the potato once cooked. You can chop the potatoes and olives quite corse.
Spray the mixture again with margarine and add 1/2 teaspoon steak spices and spicy sauce to taste. Add the tomato just enough time to heat up and serve right away.
