Tri Tip Fajitas (filling only)

Ingredients
1 pkg Fajita Seasoning - KROGER19 oz Tri-tip roast, trimmed & sliced into thin strips4 bell peppers (you choose colors), sliced thin1 medium onion, sliced thin1 medium tomato, cut in thin wedgescooking spray1/4 c water
Directions
Spray a very large non-stick skillet with cooking spray, cook peppers and onion until they change color, remove to a bowl, add a little more spray to the pan and cook the beef, add seasoning packet and 1/4 c water, simmer 3-5 minutes, return peppers and onions to pan and toss to coat, add tomato slices and toss to coat, serve
