Ingredients
4 Chicken Thighs, bone and skin removed2 tbsp Garlic powder1 tbsp Onion powder2 tsp Salt1 can Cream of Chicken Soup1 can Cream of Celery Soup1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese4 tbsp Bacon Bits 1 cup Chicken Broth1 package frozen broccoli florets
Directions
1. Remove bone, skin and excess fat from chicken thighs.
(Helpful Hint: If you want to save yourself some time with this step you can buy boneless, skinless chicken thighs, but they're cheaper if you buy them bone in and skin on, and remove them yourself)

2. Place chicken thighs in slow cooker, and cover with seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper).

3. Add cream of chicken, cream of celery, cheddar cheese, bacon bits and broth. Stir until mixed well.

4. Cook on HIGH for 4-6hrs or until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Add the broccoli during the 3rd hour so that it can be cooked through, yet not too mushy.

5. Serve over 1/2 cup of spaghetti, brown rice, or add more broth to make a nice soup!
