Homemade Baked Beans and Sausage

Ingredients
1 medium onion3 - 4 garlic cloves3 or 4 sausages (preferrably andouille or smoked)1 can pinto beans (drained)1 can black beans (drained)1 can red kidney beans (drained)1/3 c. ketchup1/3 c. spicy brown mustard2 tbsp paprika2 tbsp chili powder2 tbsp garlic powder2 tsp dry mustard powder1-2 tbsp cumin3 oz bourbon
Directions
- In large skillet, sautee chopped onion and garlic over medium heat, then remove.
- Slice sausages, and cook in skillet. Add onion and garlic.
- Add canned beans, ketchup, and bourbon. Stir.
- Add spices. Cover, and heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
