1 cup (dry) quinoa cooked2 cups Kraft Sharp Cheddar Shredded1.5 cups shredded broccoili3 eggs3 egg whites1/2 red onion finely choppedPepper to taste
Directions
Cook Quinoa. Cool.
Mix All Ingredients
Spray Mini Muffin Tins with Cooking Spray
Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
