Ingredients
2 tablespoon olive oil 2 pounds ground turkey4 cloves garlic, chopped, minced, crushed, however you like it1 cup chopped onion 1 cup minced carrots (I julienne them if I am having it with rice)2 cups chopped bok choy1 cup chopped green onions 2 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoon lite soy sauce (I like Kikkoman)
Directions
In a wok (skillet tend not to be big enough to handle the cabbage) heat the olive oil to high. Cook turkey, stirring frequently, until no pink is showing. Remove turkey from pan and set aside. Drain any grease from pan so only a thin coat remains. Cook garlic and chopped onion in the same pan for 2 minutes. Stir in the cooked pork, carrots, cabbage and green onions. Season with pepper, salt, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Cook like a stir fry so veggies are still crisp. Remove from pan and serve in one cup portions with three lettuce leaves. Divide mix into the leaves and eat like a wrap. Also can be eaten on top of rice.

OMG...I am so excited. My Filipino Aunt always made these when I was growing up. My kids had them at a family gathering this summer. Now I can make them myself. Thank you so much for sharing. - 1/29/08
