Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
2 Eggs and 1 Egg White.5 cup of Bell Pepper.25 cup of Sliced Red Onion.5 cup of Fresh Spinach
Directions
Saute onion and pepper over medium heat with olive oil spray for 3 minutes. Add fresh spinach and saute for another 2 minutes. Pour in beaten eggs and cook until done scrambling everyso often. Enjoy with salt and pepper.
