4 #10 black eyed peas4 #10 cans pinto beans, drained3 gallon frozen corn3 med. red onions, chopped6 green peppers, finely chopped1 stalk celery 1/2 gal. Italian salad dressing (may need more or less)
Rinse all canned ingredients. Mix first 6ingredients. Add dressing, toss to coat.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until ready to use.
Best if made day ahead.
