Zuchini Casserole

Ingredients
2 zuchini squash - sliced1 cup chopped onion.5 cup chopped green pepper6 oz greek yogurt, plain non-fat1 tbsp light margarine .5 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Saute squash, onion and green pepper in margarine until translucent. Add cooking spray if needed. Pour into small cooking pan, sprayed with cooking spray. Add yogurt and top with parmesan cheese. Cook at 350 degrees F for 30 min.
