Crusted Italian Tilapia

Ingredients
2 tilapia fillets1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs1 egg2 T water1.5-2 cups pasta sauce (calclated with Prego Heart Smart)2T Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Preheat pan with olive oil, add garlic if desired
Mix egg and water
Pat Tilapia dry and dip in egg combo
Turn fillets in bread crumbs, place in pre-heated oil
Cook a few minutes, turn over and continue to cook until fish is browned on both sides (appx 10 min).
Add sauce, allow warm up, enjoy!
