baked beef egg rolls

Ingredients
Ingredients:Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove) Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated (remove)Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup (remove)Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 18 wrapper, eggroll (7" square) (remove)
Directions
Brown beef and rinse in hot water to remove fat then pat dry. Put all vegetables in pan with 3 Tbls Soy Sauce and cook till soft, then add beef back in to reheat for 2 min. set this aside, and open Wonton wraps, place heaping Tbls in center and wrap, place in glass cake pan that has been sprayed lightly, after all are done, spray a bit of cooking spray over the egg rolls and bake at 425 for 10 - 15 min until lightly brown. You may want to serve additional Soy sauce for dipping.
