Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
3.5 Cups Almond Flour1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Salt1 Large Egg1/2 Cup Maple Syrup1/2 Cup Coconut Oil1 tsp Vanilla Extract1.5 Cups Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl mix egg, maple syrup and vanilla. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir. Add in coconut oil while continuing to mix. Add chocolate chips.

Place tablespoons of dough on parchment lined sheets and bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Should make 24 cookies (when I do it, I usually end up with around 32)

    WARNING!! This recipe calls for way to much flour need to use half this amount!! - 2/14/13
