Ingredients
6-8 oz of vanilla or plain yogurt1/2 cup milk (may substitute orange juice)1 cup frozen strawberries (may substitute frozen peaches, mangos, pineapple or mix them up)1 medium banana (may substitute 1Tbsp honey)
Directions
Add ingredients into a blender with an ice crush mode. Blend on ice crush until smooth consistency. May need to occasionally stop blender stir a little or add a dash more milk, and start again to get smooth consistency.

Serving Size: makes about 2 1-cup servings
