Ingredients
Blackeye Peas- 1 bag dryOnion- 1 cupGarlic- 0.25 cupTomato- 1 cupGreen Bell- 0.5 cupOlive Oil- 6 TbspCider Vinegar 0.25 cup
Directions
Soak beans overnight.
Cook beans according to package then cool.
Chop all other ingredients.
Mix all ingredients together and chill.
