Spinach cooked 4 Cups, 3 Breast of Chicken, Mozzarella Cheese 250g, Bacon 500g, 8 Eggs, 250 ml Cream, 1 Cup Milk, 1 tsp butter, chicken mixed herbs, salt and pepper, 1 tsp baking powder/soda, 1 tsp crushed garlic
Preheat oven to 190 degree C. Cut Chicken into small strips. Pan fry Chicken breast with butter, garlic and herbs.Do not over cook chicken as it will cook more in oven. Mix cooked spinach, cheese and cream and add salt and pepper to taste in big bowl and keep aside. Cut bacon into bits and fry off till crispy. Beat eggs in separate bowl and add in baking powder. Now mix all above together and pour into large square glass baking dish. Remember to grease dish. Bake in oven for about 35 min. Check with toothpick that it cooked before removing from oven. Stand for 5 min before serving.
