1.50 tsp Oregano, ground 3 tbsp Cider Vinegar 10 boneless skinless Chicken Thighs (1 package) 2 Tbsp packed Brown Sugar 4 fl oz White Wine 1/2 jar of bottled Capers1 small container Olive Bar Green Olives (by KRISTNAM) 7 oz bag of Prunes 0.33 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 8 cloves Garlic bottled minced.25 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black
In a 5- to 6-qt slow cooker, whisk together the wine, brown sugar, oregano, 2 Tbsp of the vinegar, and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Add the garlic, capers, prunes, craisins and olives and mix to combine.
Add the chicken, nestling it among the olives and prunes. Cover and cook until the meat is tender and cooked through, on low for 5 hours; gently stir in the remaining Tbsp vinegar.
