3 stalks asparagus, cooked or blanched.1 stalk celery, medium1-2 TBSP capers2 pieces artichoke from jarred in oil.1/2 green or coloured pepper.1/3 small red onion3 TBSP parsley1/3 C Feta1/3 Cucumber, cut upsalt, pepperGreek Salad dressing to taste (Or EVOO).

Mix together and let stand a little in the fridge.
