Fat Free Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients
8oz. fat free cream cheese,softened1 cup Splenda (sugar substitute)1 cup cold fat free sour cream1 cup cold fat free half and half 3 Tbl. lemon juice1/2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Chill mixing bowl and beaters in refrig. Prepare ice cream maker. In the cold bowl beat the cream cheese at med. speed until soft and smooth. Gradually add sugar substitute 1/4 cup at a time until well mixed after each addition.Beat in sour cream and half and half. Add lemon juice,lemon zest and vanilla and beat until thick and smooth.Cover and refrigerate until very cold.(2-3hrs) Mix again for about 2min. until mixture is creamy. Add to ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's instructions. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.
