1 lb lean ground beef, browned & drained4 slices bacon, fried, grease drained (reserve 1 tbsp)o2 Tbsp onion, chopped1/4 C bell pepper, chopped1 lb. cauliflower, grated8oz. can tomato sauce4 oz cheddar cheese, grated1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/3 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp garlic powder
cook bacon. Place on paper towel to drain. Drain all but 1 tbsp grease. Cook ground beef, onion and pepper in grease. add cauliflower. Brown until crisp tender. Combine spices and tomato sauce. Add small amounts of water if too dry. Heat through. Top with cheddar cheese, let melt.
