Low Sodium Mexican Casserole

Ingredients
1 can no salt added pinto beans2 c. cooked rice3/4 cup no fat low sodium salsa1 c. chopped onions
Directions
Saute onions in pan sprayed with Pam. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and bake in moderate oven about an hour. Serves 4.
