Chicken Salsa Soup

Ingredients
1-2 Chicken Breasts (diced, cooked, and seasoned to desire)3c. Water2c. Low Sodium Chicken Broth2 tbsp. Chili Powder2c. Yellow Corn (or two cans, no salt added)1c. SalsaTortilla ChipsCheddar Cheese
Directions
Dice and cook chicken breasts with desired seasoning

In a large pot combine water, chicken, chili powder, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and let simmer 8 minutes. Add corn and bring to a boil again. Let simmer, uncovered, for five minutes. Add salsa, and serve. Garnish with Tortilla Chips and Shredded Cheddar Cheese if desired.
