1 t olive oil1c sliced red onions2 cloves garlic minced 1 c beet greens torn1 c mushrooms sliced
Directions
Rinse greens thoroughly, spin dry in salad spinner, add olive oil to saute pan, heat, add onions, saute 3-5 minutes, add garlic , stir, add greens and mushrooms, continue cooking 3-5 minutes,
