Black Bean Salad--Margi's

Ingredients
15 oz. black beans12 oz. corn, thawed1 red pepper chopped1 onion chopped1 cup snap peas chopped2 stalks celery diced.33 cup red wine vinegar.25 lemon, juiced1.5 tbsp. olive oilcilantro
Directions
Combine veggies. Mix vinaigrette ingredients, including cilantro. Add to veggies. Chill.
