Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 2lb pot roast5 medium carrots2 cups shredded cabbage1 8oz can tomato sauce1 15oz can light red kidney beans1 15oz can diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)3 tbls beef soup base1.5 C chopped celery3/4 cups water
Directions
place all ingredients in a slow cooker and simmer on medium heat for 5 hours or until meat and vegetables are cooked. Stir in the cheese just before serving.
