Strawberry/Banana Frozen Dessert with Pistachio Nuts

3 medium very ripe bananas1 20 oz. package of unsweetened frozen strawberries1/4 cup of shelled Pistachio Nuts5 packets of Truvia Natural Sweetener1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
Place Pistachio nuts in food processor and chop into smaller pieces (don't turn into powder). Remove nuts and place to side. Place frozen strawberries in food processor in manageable size pieces to make it easier to blend. Pulse until slightly mixed. Add bananas, vanilla extract and Truvia, then blend for several minutes (the consistency of sherbert). Add Pistachios and pulse 15 more seconds. Place in 5 oz. dixie cups, cover and refreeze. When ready to eat, thaw in microwave for 10 seconds. Optional: top with Redi Whip Light for another 20 calories.
