Raw Thai Broccoli

Ingredients
5 cups chopped fresh broccoli floretsDressing:1/4 cup sesame oil1/4 cup apple cider vinegar1/4 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos1 small clove garlic, crushed1/2 tsp chopped fresh ginger root1/2 tsp Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste1 TBSP Raw Agave Nectar1 pinch xanthum gum
Directions
Put broccoli into large mixing bowl

Combine all remaining ingredients except xanthum gum in blender. Blend. As the blender is still spinning, sprinkle in the pinch of xanthum gum and blend a few more seconds.

Drizzle the dressing over the broccoli, toss & serve.
