Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in small bowl.

Combine egg white, yogurt and ricotta in a bowl and beath until smooth.

combine ingredients and mix until smooth.

bake like regular pancake.

***I often add cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla for a sweet but low fat and high protein snack. You can also make a savory version by adding fresh herbs or onions.
