.5 cup instant oats or oat flour1.5 tbsp cocoaStevia to taste1 scoop chocolate protein powder.25 tsp baking soda.25 tsp salt4 oz applesauce2 egg whites.25 cup water
If you are using oats rather than oat flour, put your oats into a food processor and grind down until fine.
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then combine. Pour into a greased or lined baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes
