4 steaks2 tbl. olive oil2 tsp. season salt (regular sat was used to calculate nutrition)2 tsp. black pepper2 tsp. garlic powder2 tsp. meat tenderizer (Was not included in nutrition info)1 sm. onion1 sm. green pepper
Oven 350 degrees. Cut onion into rings. Slice green pepper, season meat with season salt, pepper, garlic and tenderizer. Place in fry pan with olive oil. Cook 10 minutes on both sides. Place onion, green pepper in pan. Cook until tender. Serve sauce as gravy or dip for bread.
