Mild and spicy Peri-Peri chicken strips

Ingredients
500g De-boned chicken strips/ Chicken fillets.180g Sliced onion (1 medium sized onion).50g Red Bell Pepper sliced.50g Green Bell Pepper sliced into strips.25ml Olive Oil.10g Fresh Crushed Garlic.75 ml Extra Mild Peri-Peri sauce.50 ml White wine.125 ml Cream.Salt to taste.Pepper to taste.
Directions
Heat the oil in a wok and add the garlic, onions and bell pepper strips. Sauté for 2 minutes •Add the chicken strips and stir fry on High heat to brown chicken •Add the Peri-Peri and stir through. Simmer 1 minute. •Add the white wine and simmer to reduce the liquid. •Add the cream. Stir through, simmer for 5 minutes. Serve.
