Ingredients
1 cup cut raw carrots5 cups sliced & diced raw mushrooms1.25 pounds extra trim stew meat5 small red potatoes (about 1 1/2 cups) raw1 large can veggie juice
Directions
put all in a crock pot, add some water, season salt, garlic, minced onion, and oregano. cook 10 hours
