baked blueberry and peach oatmeal

Ingredients
3c oats.5c brown sugar2tsp baking powder.5tsp salt2 egg whites1 egg1.25c 2%milk.25c canola oil1tsp vanilla extract1 can sliced peaches (100%juice) drained and chopped1 c fresh blueberries.25c chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl, in another bowl mix next 5 ingredients. Mix wet in with dry, after mixed well stir in fruit and then layer in a 11X7 baking pan. Top with walnuts and bake for 35-40 minutes until top is slightly brown.
