Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
8 Cups cooked quinoa1 Chopped Red Bell Pepper1 Chopped Green Bell Pepper.5 Chopped Red Onion1 Can Black Beans1 Can Kidney Beans.25 cup oil.25 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
Cook Quinoa as directed on the package. Chop veggies to taste. Rinse the beans. When the Quinoa cools, mix it in a large bowl with all of the veggies and beans. Whisk the oil and vinegar, and season to taste.
