Tarragon walnut and radish waldorf

Ingredients
Salad:1 stick celery chooped4 radishes sliced finely7 walnuts shelled and quarteredquarter of an apple choppedDressing:1 teaspoon mayo3 tablespoon yoghurt1 squeeze of lemontarragon French mustardsaltpeper
Directions
Mix the salad ingredients together.
Prepare the dressing by adding and whipping each ingredients together. Pour in the salad half an hour at leats before serving-keep fresh until eating
