Impossible Spaghetti Squash Pie

Ingredients
3 eggs1/2 cup skim milk or buttermilk3/4 cup sugar1/2 cup self-rising flour1 stick margarine softened2 tsp vanilla2 cups spaghetti squash
Directions
Cook squash. Cool. Scoop out 2 cups of strands. Mix all ingredients except squash in food processor. Add squash and pulse twice. Bake in medium pie pan or casserole dish at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
