Chicken Enchilada

1 1/2 pounds of skinless chicken breast1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp all purpose flour, divided1/2 tsp salt1cup of chicken broth (little extra may be needed)1 small onion diced1/4 to 1/2 cup sliced jalapeno pepers1/2 tsp dried oregano2 tbsp cream or milk6 flour torillas (7-8 inches)6 thin slice American cheese with jalapeno peppers (or your choice of cheese)
Coat chicken with flour and brown in hot melted butter in skillet.
place in crock pot. pour chicken broth over top, then halapenos and oregano. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 7-8 hours.
Mix 2table spoons flour and 2 table spoons together and then mix in with cooked chicken mixture. Cook on high until thickens.
Spoon chicken mixture in center of flour tortilla and top with your choose of cheese. Fold and eat.
