Overnight Blueberry-Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients
10 slices baker-type bread,cubed1 8-oz lowfat cream cheese1 1/2 c blueberries (fresh or frozen5 eggs, beaten1 1/2 c eggbeaters2 c nonfat milk1 tsp vanilla extract2 T cinnamon (or to taste)1 T nutmeg (to taste)
Directions

In a 9x13 dish, layer ingredients in this order:
1/2 of the bread cubes
all of the cream cheese
all of the blueberries
remaining bread cubes

Mix other ingredients together and pour over layered dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon & nutmeg.
Cover and refrigerate overnight

Next morning, bake covered for 45 min @ 350 degrees. UNcover an cook for 30 more min. Let stand 15 min before serving with maple syrup.
