Vegan pancake/waffles (from Fat Free Vegan Kitchen)

Ingredients
Flour, white, 1.25 cup Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp Salt, 0.75 tsp Soy Milk Plain Light, 1.33 cup Egg replacer mixed with 2tbs water
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, and leave while pan heats up.
Place mixture in hot pan, in 1/4 cup blobs and cook until sides llok dry and bubbles are all over the top.
Flip and cook for a further 30 - 45 seconds.
