preheat oven to 350 degrees... line muffin tins with liners and spray with nonstick spray..soften cream cheese at room temperature. mix with cup of baking mix or splenda.pour into tines half full...bake for 30 mins..prep frosting ..mix cup of cream cheese with 1/2 - 1 cup of splenda...spoon onto eack cupcakes..bake for 5 mins until set..cool for 5 more mins..serving =1 cupcake
