Annie's Fruit Salsa & Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients
2 Kiwis, Peeled & Diced2 Golden Delicious Apples - Peeled, Cored, & Diced8 oz. Raspberries1 lb. Strawberries2 Tbsp. Splenda1 Tbsp. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend3 Tbsp. 100% Fruit Preserves, Any Flavor 10 (10 in.) Whole Wheat, Low-Carb Flour TortillasNon-Stick Canola Oil Spray1 Tbsp. Cinnamon1 Tbsp. Splenda
Directions
1. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, Golden Delicious apples, raspberries, strawberries, Splenda, brown sugar blend & fruit preserves. Cover & chill in the refrigerator at least 15 min.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
3. Coat one side of each flour tortilla with non-stick spray. Cut into wedges & arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon & Splenda. Spray again with cooking spray.
4. Bake in the preheated oven 8-10 min. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 min. Serve with chilled fruit mixture.
