strawberry muffins

2 cups flour1/2 cup splenda1 egg1/2 tsp salt1 Tbs baking powder1/3 cup canola oil3/4 cup non fat milk1 cup chopped fresh strawberriestopping1 Tbs splenda1/4 tsp cinnamon
preheat oven to 400'F line 12 muffin cups.
for batter combined flour, sugar , baking powder and salt in large bowl.
in small bowl whisk egg, milk and oil.add to dry ingredients, stir until moist ( batter will be lumpy) gently stir in strawberries. spoon batter into muffin cups filling each 2/3 full.
For topping combined sugar and cinnamon in small bowl, sprinkle evenly over batter in cups.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
