Carolina Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients
3-4 pound boston butt pork roast1-2 T garlic powder and saltpepper1 onion, chopped1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)1/4 cup cider vinegar1/4 cup white vinegar1 T brown sugar
Directions
Place onion at bottom of crockpot. Rub roast with plenty of garlic powder, salt and pepper. Put Roast in crockpot and cook for 9 hours on low. Take pork out and dump out the fat. Shred the meat and place it back into crockpot. Mix the remaining sauce ingredients together and mix with meat. Warm through.
